do you need to have some kind of code to buy a system builders operating system in this case windows 7?
i am just wondering if any one can buy one... this is why i am thing that not everyone can buy one. On newegg in the specifications it lists

so will i be able to buy and use it?
One of the differences is that if you change hardware, Microsoft won't support the change, so you'll have to buy a new activation key (basically, a new Windows disk). It's also a violation of the license terms, unless you're building that computer to sell it.
